We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Our policy is simple: we only accept returns on items that are new, unworn, and in their original condition.

Here’s how it works:

1. Try Before You Decide

We understand that sometimes it takes a bit of time to get the perfect fit. Feel free to try on your shoes indoors, but please be sure they stay clean and free from wear or dirt. Please avoid wearing them outdoors, as they need to be in brand-new condition to be eligible for return or exchange.

2. No Worn Shoes

We can’t accept returns or exchanges on shoes that have been worn outside, damaged, or have visible wear and tear. We take this seriously because we want to ensure every pair we sell is fresh and perfect for you.

3. Timing

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. We recommend trying your shoes on as soon as you can to make sure everything fits just right.

4. Returns and Exchanges

Customers who opted for our Return Shipping Coverage at checkout will receive free returns and exchanges within the 30-day return window. If you did not select this option at checkout, you will be responsible for the full cost of shipping for any returns or exchanges. You can access our return portal here.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

5. Factory Defects

If your shoes arrive with a factory defect, don’t worry—we’ll make it right. Returns or exchanges due to manufacturing defects are fully covered by Santino Luciano.

To process your request, you’ll need to submit clear photographic evidence of the issue through our returns portal. This step helps us quickly verify the defect and approve your return or exchange without delay.
