Returns & exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Our policy is simple: we only accept returns and exchanges on items that are new, unworn, and in their original condition.

Here’s how it works:

1. Try Before You Decide

We understand that sometimes it takes a bit of time to get the perfect fit. Feel free to try on your shoes indoors, but please be sure they stay clean and free from wear or dirt. Please avoid wearing them outdoors, as they need to be in brand-new condition to be eligible for return or exchange.

2. No Worn Shoes

We can’t accept returns or exchanges on shoes that have been worn outside, damaged, or have visible wear and tear. We take this seriously because we want to ensure every pair we sell is fresh and perfect for you.

3. Timing

Descriptive Returns must be initiated within 15 days of purchase. We recommend trying your shoes on as soon as you can to make sure everything fits just right. content body text

4. Returns Process

To initiate a return or exchange, simply email us at returns@santinoluciano.com. We’ll send you the necessary instructions to complete the process quickly.

5. Exchanges

If you’d prefer a different size or color, we’re happy to process an exchange once we receive the returned item in its original condition. We offer free return shipping for exchanges to make the process easier for you.

6. Return Shipping Fee for Refunds

For returns where you prefer a refund instead of an exchange, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We charge a flat return shipping fee of $10. If the item is defective or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping.
